Phone is glitchy

My daughters iPhone XR is glitchy I have done a factory reset and still has the issue?

Thank you for your reply but the issue is more to do with the actual working of the phone than the battery I think?

you can’t fully drag the apps off the screen to close.

and sometimes it does not let you open when tapping on them and the screen can become blurry?

i don’t have much knowledge of phone workings but I am confident it is not the battery
