Find my iPhone work on same device

It sounds like you're wanting to use Siri to locate the same iPhone that you're wanting to use Find My on, is that correct? If we understand correctly, that is currently not a feature that is available. You can leave feedback about this if you'd like: Product Feedback - Apple.

Find My iPhone consists of two parts: the service which is part of and activated in the O.S. of all registered devices, and the application that you run to consult where your stuff is at. Nowadays the Find My service is active by default in any new device.

The app is either run as such on any mobile, or you can sign in to https://www.icloud.com/find on a browser in a computer to see in a map where your stuff is located.
