Hello,
my iPad 6th gen is showing that my iPadOS is up to date with 15.7. I've googled the problem, but no luck. I then tried to update it via iTunes (which is also updated to 12.12.5) on my PC and it's saying the same thing. The official compatibility list says that the 5th gen supports the 16.0.
Any advice?

The message is accurate. Apple has not yet released iPad OS 16. They state it will be available in October.
