Guess you don’t know that it comes with a USB-c and no charging plug buddy
Guess you didn’t know that all iPhones starting with the iPhone 11 3 years ago come only with a USC-C cable and no charging plug. And no Samsungs have come with a charging plug. And no LGs have come with a charging plug And very few phones from other manufacturers come with a charging plug, either.
And I already told you a reason: you already have charging plugs and cables to go with them, that you can use to charge your new iPhone 14.
Or you have a choice of several different charging methods; Qi wireless chargers, MagSafe wireless chargers, any computer with a USB-C connector. So if Apple included a charging plug there’s a good chance no one would use it, anyway.
For more information see this Apple support article→About Apple USB power adapters for information on power sources for charging your Apple device.
Quoting that article:
As part of our efforts to reach our environmental goals, iPhone models no longer include a power adapter in the box. iPhone continues to work with existing power adapters and USB-A to Lightning cables, such as those included in prior models. iPhone models now include in the box a newer USB‑C to Lightning cable that supports fast charging and is compatible with USB‑C power adapters and computer ports that you might already have. You can use either a USB-A to Lightning cable or the newer USB-C to Lightning cable with your iPhone.

You mean you have NEVER had any device that uses a USB power source of any type in your life? You can use any Apple power source and cable that has ever been distributed. And you can also use 3rd party power sources, as long as they are from recognized manufacturers. Just so you know, none of the major phone manufacturers include power sources anymore, because there are billions of them languishing in drawers that will eventually end up in landfills.
