Why update not given to i phone 6 plus??

If update will not come for i phone 6 plus then why all app not running in this device???

It tells you right in the screenshot, the app requires iOS 14.

Your phone is not capable of running anything higher than 12.X.

If you want to run those programs, then you need to purchase a phone that can run a newer iOS.
