I’m trying to pass the activation lock, I put in the Apple ID and password and as soon as I did that I got a message saying There was a temporary problem completing your request. An unknown error occurred (400). Please someone help me fix this issue I been without a phone for 2 weeks now.

I did, I recently got in contact with the previous owner and they told me all the information but when I put it in it doesn’t let me press the next button only to put the passcode in which I did but then it leads me to another part where it says unable to active, this iPhone cannot be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable.
If there is an activation lock you need to have the previous owner take it off (assuming this isn’t a new one. If it is a new one contact who you purchased from
