Exchange meeting accepted on iPhone not showing on Mac Calendar

I accept an invite to a meeting on my iPhone.

The meeting appears on the iPhone calendar but does not appear on the Mac Calendar.

Meetings created directly in the iPhone or Mac Calendar sync OK in either direction.

Hello gpweston,

Where is the event that does not sync originate from?

When you accept it on the iPhone, which calendar is it assigning the event to? To find out, tap on the event, tap Edit. Look for "Calendar".

Is that same calendar shared to the Mac?

You can set the default calendar on the iPhone by tapping on Settings > Calendar and looking for the "Default Calendar" setting.

Have a good day.

Hi gpweston,

Since everything except this one event, it sounds like the calendar associated with the event may not be shared to the Mac. Take a look at the link below if you see the calendar is checked for sharing on your iPhone, it has more suggestions to try.

This should help with getting the event shared to your Mac.

Take care!
