Spoken Content

Is there a way to prevent the spoken content reader from saying all the symbols (I.e if there are bullet points it reads every one before the sentence). It doesn’t do this on the desktop only iphone

Go to -> Settings -> Accessibility -> Speak Auto-Text -> Off.
