disney plus app not working on ipad

Hi. I have downloaded the Disney Plus App on my iPad mini 4. When 8 try to log in it says that an error has occurred. I can get in on my Windows laptop and also the Apple TV but not my iPad. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling. I also when I try to log on through my browser on my iPad, going to the Disney web page and clicking on Log In. I then just get a black page. Any ideas?

I have worked it out. Had to turn off the VPN to log in and then turn it back on
