I am using iPhone 7 and Lycamobile sim. Yesterday I purchase new iPhone 14 Pro, Transfer eSIM not working. it say this phone number can't be transferred because this feature is not supported by your network provider. So What I have to do?

You will have to call Lycamobile and work with them. If they don't support eSIMs then you won't be able to use the phone with that carrier.
I don't see them on the list of carriers that support eSIMs.
