I have 56gb taken in my 200gb icloud and it says i dont have enough storage to back up? How do I fix this issue.

If the stored data on your device exceeds what's available in iCloud, it'll cause this to happen. If that's the case, you'd need to either increase your iCloud storage or remove storage from your device.
