Apple Car play/Bluetooth

Now works everything again!! I’m happy now!!!!

I still have the problem on the aftermarket radio in CarPlay. It works fine and android mode. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max running on iOS 16.1.

I am having this issue with a 2019 Honda Civic and the iPhone 14 Pro Max. People I have called report that they are having difficulty hearing me.

When I look at CarPlay in settings, I only see "Vehicle" display. Isn't it supposed to display the model of the car?

I have the same problem on a 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. Both my 14 ProMax and my wife’s 14 ProMax sound as if we are miles away…. Very frustrating, specially when trying to use phone for business. Apple needs to fix!

i am also having the same problem with my iPhone 14. Everyone is complaining they cannot hear me when I am using CarPlay in my Mazda. Hopefully they release an update to fix this soon as I use CarPlay to talk on the phone every time I’m in it!

(1). We have 2x iPhone 14 pro max, both recently upgraded to iOS 16.0.1)

(2). Bluetooth no longer functions in our BMW X5 2022. We have tried everything - deleting phones on BMW system, entering iPhones as new devices, - nothing is working. The problem started the same day we upgraded to iOS 16.0.1). Our BMW is equipped with latest software. Moreover, until last week, prior to upgrading, these phones were working fine in the vehicle

(2). iPhone ear buds pro: one side stopped working after upgrading to latest software: the supposedly new atmos function (hold it next to your ear, move the phone around etc) - I couldn’t complete the steps and thereafter left ear bud stopped working. I have followed all reboot steps outlined by Apple, cleaned the devices, etc nothing is working.

Apple, what gives?

I have the iPhone 14 max pro and I'm having the same issue on my 2022 GMC Yukon Carplay. I tested the GMC Bluetooth with my Samsung Note 20 and confirmed the issue is the iPhone. Hopefully this issue can be resolved quickly by the apple team.

After update still the problem. BMW m 8

I was running 16.0.2 and the issue remains.

Unrelated … anyone having home issues too? Like automation for leaving running while home ?
