Screentime imposing restrictions even though they’re turned off

On my iPhone, when screentime is turned on, I cannot open a private browsing tab, change date & time, or log out of iCloud even though Content & Privacy Restrictions are COMPLETELY turned off (picture below). I’ve tried restarting my phone and turning it on and back off again. This happened on my old iPhone 11 too. How can I fix this?

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16

Oh no, they are not!

As your screenshot shows:

“This device is also restricted by Device Management.”

I actually wasn’t asking YOU anything…it was a general question that was prompted by your response. If you weren’t prepared to sufficiently answer it then you shouldn’t have done so. This is a help forum. People come on here to find solutions, not to get told to go looking for them themselves. Also, looking back on your screenshot, there is quite literally only one category of content & privacy restrictions. It is labeled as such and it’s pretty obvious that none of the other screentime settings would have anything to do with my issue.

I’m reminded of the famous saying something like “Feed a man a fish and you stave off hunger for a day. Teach a man how to fish and you stave off hunger for a lifetime.”

People go to school not so much to find answers, more to learn how to find answers. People ask librarians questions for the same.

it’s pretty obvious that none of the other screentime settings would have anything to do with my issue.

Surely I could construct a counterexample using, say, App Limits.

Good luck.
