Not able to find the app in India region, even though the app and my id is in india region

Hi all, My name is Hari and I am from India. My Appleid is in the India region. When I search for the app rta m-wallet which is specific to India region, I am not able to find it via the search.

Earlier I had it installed and due to a refresh problem, I had to uninstall it and reinstall, but when i search for it, it is not visible. From the beginning i am in India region only. Never switched between regions.
