iOS 16 different mail notifications for different accounts

Starting a new thread for this, since it's still not fixed in iOS 16. All these new customization features, yet the ability to have different alerts for different email accounts was mysterious removed after iOS 14. Does anyone have a creative way of recreating this with all the fancy new focus features? Original post below.

Going back to at least iOS 7, I could have a different set of notifications for my personal email account, and my work email account. Am I missing something or is there no way to do this in iOS 15. Yes, you can have different sounds, but now there is just one set of Alerts that covers banners and lock screen. In other words, if I want my personal emails to appear on the lock screen but not work emails, I don't see a way of doing it. This is insane to me, since they have added all these features for limiting/controlling notifications, yet if I don't want my phone to light up constantly with work email while I'm sitting in front of my computer working, there's nothing I can do.
