CarPlay Phone Calls TOO Quiet

I use Apple CarPlay every single day. Multiple phone calls a day when driving. Since updating to iOS16, everyone I speak to when in my vehicle (using CarPlay), they say I sound like I’m extremely far away and they also aren’t as loud as they used to be.

When I switch my phone to just the Bluetooth option in my vehicle, everything is significantly increased in volume both ways. They can hear me clearly and I can hear them much louder.

Is anyone else having this issue?
