Iphone 12 won't turn on - flashing white apple logo over and over

How can i fix my iphone? I never dropped it or got the device wet. The phone initially stopped working because the brightness was broken. This was not an auto-brightness issue. I fixed that issue this morning by resetting the "Zoom screen". My faceID was not working after the brightness issue so I went to restart my phone. Now my phone won't turn back on and just continues to flash the white apple logo. It's been over 2 hours of doing this even when it is plugged into the charger, computer or not charger. Can anyone help?
