I cannot transfer my data to my new phone

I purchased a new iPhone and I am trying to transfer my date. When I attempt to transfer it is asking me to sign in, when I enter my credentials, I am getting an error message ' Prepare for New iPhone Temporarily Unavailable. Try again later'. How do I correct this issue?

Where are you transferring data from? iPhone, or an Android device or from a backup?
