iPhone transfer

My old phone stopped during mobile transfer- I need to restart the process but can’t get to the new phone’s screen. It’s endlessly loading “setting up your Apple ID…” How do I get that to stop so I can see the screen?

Do this procedure on the new iPhone.

If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
