What is the cause of this problem I’m not sure I have attached a picture in which you can see the missed strokes. it does not happen when I write with my palm not touching the screen does anyone also face the same problem and if you know the solution it would be a great help thanks

Your description is unclear.

If you are experiencing inconsistent writing performance, ensure that the replaceable Pencil Tip is firmly screwed into place - as even a slightly loosened tip can cause difficulties.

When correctly positioned, there should be a tiny gap (around the full circumference - of about the thickness of a sheet of paper) between the tip and the body of the Pencil.
