Facing issue in camera & photo quality even after repairing done at service centre

I have been facing issue in camera on 13 Pro, from last 2 months. Back spot is appearing while using back camera it was appearing on right side of screen. During mid of August, Visited service centre phone got repaired. Same issue started after 12-14 days, but this time black spot(4mm diameter) appearing around left bottom of screen during back camera, spot is visible on clicked photos and video of all mode. There were not able to resolve it online. What should be my next step?
