iPhone 14 PRO camera

Bought the new iPhone 14 pro 256 gb three months back. Recently noticed a black spot in the photos clicked with the 3x telephoto zoom.

Seems like dust with in the camera.

The only option given to me is to get it repaired and no replacement available.

Should I get it repaired?
