I tried downloading iOS 16 but something must’ve went wrong and it never downloaded. Now my iPhone is saying I need to download 15.7 again only I get an error message that prevents me from downloading 15.7. Anyone else have this issue?

You might have used an iOS beta version on your device. Should be this case, go to Settings>General>VPN & Profile management, delete the beta profile, restart your iPhone, check for updates availability again.
