Hello ahmad ezz,
Are you talking about the "Maximize Compatibility" option in the Personal Hotspot settings? If so, you won't find that option on an iPhone XR. That option is only available on iPhone models that have 5G (iPhone 12 and newer).
If Personal Hotspot is not working on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular)
