Iphone hotspot security & bandwidth

Iphone 8+ Ios 15.7, hotspot for win11 laptop. MyAsus app reports router (iphone) not running newest secure wifi suggests updating and checking to run on best bandwidth. Thought when i updated to ios 15.7 this would stop being reported by MyAsus app. Win 11 updated to Wp3 capability. Help please.
