Outlook folders not syncing to iPhone or iPad

I recently migrated email from a Comcast IMAP account and an Outlook account to a new Outlook account. In both cases I was using the Outlook desktop application as the mail interface on my two Windows devices. For the Comcast account I backed up to a *.pst file and imported into the new Outlook account. For the legacy Outlook account I copied mail folders over to the new Outlook account. After the migration I am seeing all the mail subfolders on my Windows devices (desktop PC and Surface). I am NOT seeing the subfolders on my iPhone or iPad. I did learn that some folders were "hidden" and I needed to change the View settings in Outlook from "Hidden" to "IMAP" for the Comcast IMAP account. After doing so I see all folders on my Windows devices. On the iPhone 13 and iPad Pro 11 I am running the most current versions of iOS and using the iOS Mail program to view email. I tried using the Outlook application for iOS the same issue exists. Wondering if anyone has an idea why mailbox subfolders are not showing up?

Thanks,

Galen
