Photoshop equivalent

A long time there I would use Photoshop online as it happen to be free. I became accustomed to using it and now it seems other software is not as easy or straight forward.

With that being said I am not looking for software that will do the same thing. I have to go through a good hundred screen shots texts. I have to cut where one conversation starts at the top of the text and where it overlaps into the next screen shot of texts. So it reads as one page of a book. It needs to be easy and have the abilities to work like Photoshop. Which I think I can still buy but there has to be something out there just as easy to use.
