So I’m going to Xfinity from T-Mobile but it says my phone is not unlocked how do I go about doing that?

You need to contact T-Moble and ask them to unlock the phone.

Unlock phone for new carrier issues I am trying to move my carrier from Xfinity but cannot because Apple has not unlocked my phone. Xfinity keeps telling me they have requested it an should only take 24-48 hours. It has been over 72 hours and counting. new iphone 13 1 week ago I purchased a new Iphone 13 from apple store at summit mall. The phone is carrier locked to xfinity mobile ( never used that carrier) How do I unlock the phone? The apple store is 1.5 hrs away and really don't want to deal with all that again.
