Hello - I accidentally purchased an audio book instead of the digital text through Apple Books - will this eventually show up in the “Report a Problem” to request a refund once it is no longer pending, or is that resource just for apps? If the latter, how can I cancel that incorrect order and receive a refund? Thanks!

I did try this right off the bat (and continue to try) however, this item does not show up in the “request a refund” resource. The title of the article says apps or content bought from apple, so I don’t know why the audio book wouldn’t show up (as it’s content purchased from Apple), and it is only showing apps/subscriptions.
Can Books be Refunded?
