Apple watch is asking me to reset and pair again after many failed passcodes attempts BUT i no longer have access to the device initially connected.

Hello;

I am trying to reset my Apple watch to connect it to my new phone and erase the previous device i no longer have access to. However the Apple watch is showing me a message about many failed passcodes attempts then i cannot access the apple watch to reset and since i don't have the apple watch paired to my new phone i cannot do this manually from the phone's settings.
