hi i want to file complaint fraud case

14 september night afte 10.00 p.m i receive one phone call person say his from lulu hyper and he say i win lulu lucky draw in that i win iphone 13 he say go any your lulu hyper and collect phone then he was send three otp no when i receive otp i cut phone but its to late they start purchasing from your web site

i complaint file ooredoo they said chek with apple i tune thtird party. please help me
