Hi,
I have updated my iPhone 8 Plus from iOS15 to iOS16 and I notice that after the update my wallpaper is not displayed when rotating to landscape mode.
In portrait mode I can see my wallpaper, in landscape mode it is just a black background.
This was not the case in iOS15.
Is someone experiencing the same problem? Is there some setting to get this resolved?

We understand that you're not seeing your selected wallpaper when rotating your iPhone. Are you referring to the Lock Screen, Home Screen, or both? If both, do you have the same image selected? Also, have you tested to see if this issue persists if a different wallpaper is used?
Looking over Personalize your iPhone Lock Screen - Apple Support, we didn't find anything stating that this would occur if the iPhone were in landscape mode, so you might try restarting or force restarting your iPhone to see if that helps.

If the issue persists, after the restart and testing an alternate wallpaper, it would be a good idea to contact Apple Support to report this issue. You can reach them at Get Support.

Thank you for your reply.
This only happens in the Home screen. I don't think the Lock screen wallpaper changes when rotating the phone.
I use 2 different wallpapers (one for Home screen, the other for Lock screen).
I have tried with different wallpapers, but the issue is still there.
In the mean time, I have also upgraded to iOS 16.0.2, but no luck there eighter...
I will contact Apple Support to report this.
