Deleting an app
When I delete an app then try to reinstall it makes download from iCloud Drive how can i get it to not do that and to download like if it was a new app I’ve never downloaded

It does not download from iCloud Drive. There is no way to add an app to your iCloud. When you reinstall an app, it is a new app download from the App Store. The cloud icon merely indicates that you are downloading an app that you have purchased before.
