Find My Friends - Live Location

Since the iOS 16 update the 'Find My Friend's' app is not showing 'live' location for all friends on list. After multiple resets, remove/add friends, app refresh its only showing 'live' for some individuals and 'location x minutes ago' for others. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
