Those trials can be tricky! I always set a calendar reminder to remember to cancel a trial before it ends to avoid being charged if I end up not liking/using the service. To start the refund request process, you can follow the steps here:

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Click on the 'Report a Problem' entry for it in the email or use this link to ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
