The generic settings for sounds and haptics don’t work during exercise. Phone calls are loud OK.

Is there some Accessibility setting involved, since I am wearing Bluetooth connected hearing aids?

You are going to want to try changing the settings for sound that will work best with the hearing aids you use. Take a look at the link below for some of the settings you can test.


If none of those seem to work out for you, then we recommend going to Accessibility - Hearing - Apple for more details. Apple also has a dedicated Accessibility team to help.
