Focus Mode Banners bug

Hi Guys,

Happy to finally switch the side to the iPhone way, though there are still a few bits that I find a bit weird.

On my 14 pro I am using focus modes Do not disturb and custom made one, both set up the same way (I think they work the same way so possibly could delete one) as a replacement of the Androids full silent mode/no vibration. However the problem is that having no apps selected in the 'allowed' section makes the notifications do not display the banner messages, so whenever I am using the phone while in a focus mode I will not see I just received a notification unless I happen to go into the library and see a +1 icon over the app.

A simple solution to this would be to add a toggle in the focus mode notification options to allow these to showup as they would normally.

Also sometimes when receiveing a notification the AoD turns off for a split second and turns back on, is this a bug or a feature? ;)

Also the sleep focus mode doesn't let the user know that the AoD will be turned off in this mode, which again, could be resolved by a toggle. I personally love AoDs and since the name is ALWAYS ON I wish it was on all the time, now however weather in a focus mode or not when I am asleep the AoD will turn off after couple of hours, so when I wake up at night and am half asleep I can't see what time is it unless I reach for the phone and tap it....kinda annoying....

Log your feedback where the folks working for Apple will see it: Product Feedback - Apple

i’d log three different entries; keep the possible bug report separate from the enhancements.

We’re not Apple, we’re other users like you. Some of us here can be third-party developers, such as in the Developer Forums where this was originally posted.

Once posted, postings here can be edited for fifteen minutes, and then contents are locked.

If there are issues with postings, then threads can be reported by folks with a minimum of points; with level 2 and higher. Lower-level folks can ask higher-level folks to report threads, or can contact Our Hosts via email.

Splitting up the posting here isn’t really needed. The link to the feedback website (previously included) is where Apple prefers feedback and bug reports be sent, as they may or may not read postings around here. Split that into three reports.
