I have in past been able to avoid typing in User Name on reboot of computer - just needing to type password.
Now on 2022 MB Air 2022 Monterey I am required to type both.
How can I restore just typing password (user name automatically entered)?

Apple menu > System Preferences > Users & Groups -- select user, click Login Options near bottom left of screen, select "Display login window as: List of users."

Examine (Apple menu) > System Preferences... > Users & Groups > Login Options
Change Users & Groups Login Options preferences on Mac
To require users to enter both user name and password when logging in, select "Name and password."
