Press and quickly release VOLUME UP

THEN

Press and quickly release VOLUME DOWN

THEN

Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears (15-30 seconds), ignoring "slide to power off" if it appears

The operative word here is QUICKLY; and try it a couple of times, the timing is a little tricky.

Thank You!!! Did try that, but held down the side button for Only 5 to 9 seconds!

(He already went to t-mobile with his iPhone 11 now. Wants them to fix it.)

This is all new to me :)! Had an android

phone for 9 years, and in June i bought an iPhone 13 mini :)! “It’s me”!! Really like it! So much more Efficient! Thank You, again!! Enjoy the rest of the day!
