Can’t download YouTube

Hi, for the past couple of months I have been trying to redownload YouTube back onto my iPhone 13 Pro. I had YouTube in July 2022, and when I updated my software to iOS 16, the app disappeared from my home page. I have been trying to redownload it ever since but it continues to show a loading circle then a cloud image. Could anyone help? I would really appreciate it.
