I saw this problem also in other site with 3D interface
I have a mid 2015 MacBook Pro
In other forums I saw that other users had this problem but only with this model of computer.

This fixed it for me:
In the "Advanced" tab of the Safari settings window, at the bottom, enable "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
Open the "Develop" menu and, under "Experimental features", disable "WebGL via Metal".
What performace impact this has, if any, I do not know. But it did work for me.
