It sounds as if you have somehow acquired a phone that was lost or stolen and the owner has remotely locked it. If that's the case, there is nothing you can do except turn the phone into the police.


The other possibility is that you are the original owner but someone has compromised your Apple ID and locked the phone. If that's the case, you'll need to find proof of original ownership and contact Apple. You can start with the "Get Support" link at the top right of every page of these forums.
