Unable to open macOS Sierra after download

When I request to update macOS SierraYou've selected macOS Sierra

It downloads the program, but it cannot be opened, and sometimes it refuses to open the page for download. I do not know what your problem is. Please solve it as soon as possible so that I can download the version
