Prime video app will not open

What happens instead when you try to launch this app? Do you get an error message? What does it say?

Try this for any misbehaving app:

• Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
• If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
• If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
• If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.

Doesn't matter if you kill the app, uninstall it and reinstall it, restart the Apple TV .. nothing works. This just suddenly started happening out of the blue. You click the icon, it flashes very quickly and goes right back to the main Apple menu screen.

I'm running an Apple 4k, software version 14.7(18M60)

Prime Video 1.2.22

Sadly it runs fine on my AT&T box using Google Play software.

Tried all of the mentioned options

Except updating. We’re on tvOS 16.0 now.

Not sure what to say. This app runs fine on my Apple TV 4K box, tvOS 16.0.
