I regretted installing IOS 16 and now I want to go back to IOS 15.6 or 15.7 but I can’t because I didn’t made a backup before installing the new update. Anyone know how I can revert it back without losing my data?
You can't, Apple does not support downgrading.
Try a forced restart, that might help.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
