I decided to update to ios17 after hearing good things, and i hate it. I really really hate it and it made using my phone frustrating. expecially with the new messages plus thingy -_-
I have a backup from ios16, is there any way to go back??
Sorry, no. Apple does not support downgrading the operating system.

No. This is not an option. This is the way Apple has configured the iOS.
Waiting to Update:
Might seem a bit silly of me, but I always wait a few days prior to updating my iPhone. If there are bugs reported, then I'll give it a few until they are fixed. So, I waited a few days --and wouldn't ya know it?: iOS17 has lots of power-related issues reported on these forums. So, you may want to consider waiting it out too.
