Having a problem with my iTunes account been disable

I’m trying to download an add on my iTunes and it’s giving me the message that my iTunes account it’s disable

iPhone 12, iOS 14

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
