What can my employer see on my company issues Iphone.

I have an iPhone 12 through my employer and I was wondering what they can monitor on it. It is not supervised and no mdm shows up in device management. Im using my personal Apple ID. Are they still able to monitor my activity?

Is My Company Phone Being Monitored I have a work phone with Verizon as the carrier and I’m trying to figure out if it’s monitored. I read that if a phone is being monitored it will show in the settings. But do companies have the option to not show the message even if it’s being monitored? Or is it a universal message for ALL monitored phones? There is a photo I took on my work phone and texted to my personal phone that I’d prefer my company didn’t see (yes, I know, mistake). If I permanently deleted the photo and text (the double delete) can they still find it in the data? This was 6 months ago but it’s been giving me anxiety. If the phone is owned by your employer, they may have legal rights to anything on it depending on the country. You should use a work phone only for work purposes.
