I want to set an alarm every hour of every day and cannot see how to do it.

Can I set an alarm for every hour, every day for the next week? This is a medicine schedule.

Why does the clock app not have date options? I have been setting up my calendar and found some good use with it. My work schedule is every 3rd day (24/48 schedule) and I know there is an alert option on the calendar app. However, I would like to set up an alarm either on the calendar app or an every 3rd day option on the clock app to wake me up on the mornings that I need to go into work. I constantly am turning off my alarm on the days I'm off and then have to remember to turn it back on the night before I have work. I have forgotten to turn on my alarm a few times, causing me to wake up too late for work. If there could be an improvement on either app, it would help a TON! If there is any solution to my issue, it would be appreciated.

Set up a monthly alarm? How can i set up an alarm to go off once a month at a set time?

I have used Reminders to do that in the past but you can use Alarm

You simply add one alarm or reminder for each hour of the day then set each to repeat daily.

Not ideal but it can be done.

If your phone has iOS16 or is capable of it (iPhone 8 onwards) then Health App has a really great medication reminders section
