I'm receiving this error code when trying to scan from my HP 9022e printer/scanner on my MacBook. The printer/scanner is connected wirelessly, but I've already tried with a LAN connection with no positive result. The printer works fine, but not the scanner. I've already tried the measures suggested in thread 252784704 on this board but with no result.

Be sure to check for any available macOS updates to ensure the latest fixes/improvements are applied: Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support
1. Before continuing, it's a good idea to back up your Mac.
2. From the Apple menu in the corner of your screen, choose System Preferences.
3. Click Software Update in the System Preferences window. Can't find Software Update?
4. Software Update now checks for new software.

If you find that there isn't available software for your macOS version on the page then you may wish to follow-up with the manufacturer to confirm if a compatible scanner driver is available.

Thanks for getting back to us. You mentioned you tried a LAN connection with your printer. Do you have a USB cable? If so, try connecting directly to the Mac and let us know what happens.
Also, it sounds like you tried some steps from another Apple Support Communities thread. To make sure we're on the same page, have you already restarted the Mac and the printer? If not, let us know if that helps!

hi Eric, I have the most recent OS installed and HP software is current as well. Still doesn’t work as it should.
